Hey!
So like Stef said I too just got back from our first meeting. It went pretty well in my opinion. We found it easier to split up into 3 different groups. Those groups are Weightlifting, Fitness, and Diet. While we are split up into 3 groups, those groups will have a lot of interaction with each other, so no need to worry like last year. We plan on working with each other to make the best workout/diet plan possible. When we meet we will all meet together in order to ensure that. I an part of the fitness group, since that is what I know best. We've already basically planned out everything for this week, and I must say this upcoming week is not going to be an easy one. After this week we plan on seeing how our "rats" feel so that way we know whether or not we should increase the workout or back down a little bit. I'm looking forward to seeing our "rats" get into shape and to see how well our fitness plan works out. See you Monday!
