I made an adjustment to the FitDay activities for Dr. Harshaw. His weightroom session didn't nearly make him lose the amount of calories that we thought it would. Also, I made an adjustment to the time. Now that I have made some adjustments, the calorie loss is almost equivalent, give or take a few.
Secondly, Mrs. Carbonneau ran about a 13 minute mile. A 13 minute mile is not indicated on FitDay, so I simply left it at a 12 minute mile pace. From now on, Renee and I are going to monitor her closer to make sure she's making the 12 minute mile pace. This way, the amount of calories burned is more precise and exact.
Well thats it for the night! It's late, and I've still got so much to do! Renee and I finished the powerpoint for next week's presentation, and we've got the schedules finished and ready to print out on Excel. I entered both workouts for next week onto FitDay as best as I could. As always, there will be changes made, especially in these first couple weeks.
Goodluck everybody.

Nice work, Stef. As you're learning, there are some limitations to the software (which is true of every software package), but you're making the adjustments to accommodate.
Good job.
