Diet and Workout for 9/20/07

Breakfast
  • 1/4c egg substitute
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
  • multi-vitamin
Lunch
Mid-Afternoon
  • 10 medium strawberries, raw
Dinner
  • 1 medium chicken breast, roasted, no skin
  • 1c brown rice
  • 1/4c broccoli
Workout
  • didn't happen -- faculty meeting, and didn't get home until 7:15.
