Diet for 9/23/07

Breakfast
  • 2 Kashi waffles
  • 2 tbsp syrup
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
  • multi-vitamin
Lunch
  • 1 medium, skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 3/4c green beans
Mid-afternoon
  • 10 grapes
  • soft granola bar
Dinner -- had left-overs that I wanted to use up
  • 1c whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2c meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1c garden salad w/ 1 tbsp vinaigrette dressing
