- 1 packet of instant oatmeal
- 2/3c skim milk (for the oatmeal)
- 24 ounces coffee
- 3 tbsp sugar-free Coffee-mate
- 1 mozzarella cheese stick
- 3c iceberg lettuce
- 1/2c cherry tomatoes
- 1/4c mushrooms
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (don't have any low-fat dressing in the house yet)
- 1c raw strawberries
- 32 ounces Gatorade
- 1 medium baked chicken breast with some sort of spices that were a mystery to me
- 1c yellow squash, boiled, no salt added
- 1c iceberg lettuce
- 1 serving croutons
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing
