Diet for 9/5/07

Breakfast
  • 1 packet of instant oatmeal
  • 2/3c skim milk (for the oatmeal)
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free Coffee-mate
Mid-morning
  • 1 mozzarella cheese stick
Lunch (We don't have any real eggs or broccoli in the house yet, so they won't be in the salad until after the next shopping trip.)
  • 3c iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2c cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4c mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing (don't have any low-fat dressing in the house yet)
Afternoon (after workout, didn't have time to get it before workout, like I wanted)
  • 1c raw strawberries
  • 32 ounces Gatorade
Dinner
  • 1 medium baked chicken breast with some sort of spices that were a mystery to me
  • 1c yellow squash, boiled, no salt added
  • 1c iceberg lettuce
  • 1 serving croutons
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
