Diet for 9/7/07
Breakfast
- oatmeal, instant, 1 packet, prepared with 2/3c skim milk
- 24 ounces of coffee
- 3 servings Sugar-Free Coffee-Mate
Lunch
- 1 medium roasted chicken breast, no skin
- 3c lettuce
- 2 mushrooms, medium
- 1/2c cherry tomatoes
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Snack after workout
Dinner
- 4 ounces grilled salmon
- 1c whole wheat pasta
- 1/2c boiled carrots
- 24 ounces Gatorade
