Diet for 9/7/07

Breakfast
  • oatmeal, instant, 1 packet, prepared with 2/3c skim milk
  • 24 ounces of coffee
  • 3 servings Sugar-Free Coffee-Mate
Lunch
  • 1 medium roasted chicken breast, no skin
  • 3c lettuce
  • 2 mushrooms, medium
  • 1/2c cherry tomatoes
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Snack after workout
  • soft granola bar
Dinner
  • 4 ounces grilled salmon
  • 1c whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2c boiled carrots
  • 24 ounces Gatorade
