On monday Dr. Harshaw will burn approximately 345 calories and the objective will be to increase upper body strength. On wednesday Dr. Harshaw will burn approximately 314 calories and the objective will be to increase lower body strenght.
On Friday Dr. Harshaw will burn approximately 376 calories and the objective will be to increase upper body strenght. I heard that Dr. Harshaw likes doing the 2 mile cool down at the end of his workouts thats why I incorporated it into the workouts.I am responsible for entering Dr. Harshaw week 4 workout and entering it on fitday.
