3x 6 lunges each leg 25's
3x 25 pushups

wednesday
3x10 dumbbell military press 35's
3x10 dumbbell bench press 45's
3x10 dumbbell curls 30's
3x50 crunches
3x25 pushups

Friday

3x8 step ups 25's
3x25 pushups
