I sort of got off kilter today but tried to make good choices.
Breakfast:
16 oz black coffee
3/4 cup Total cereal
1/3 cup banana (it was 11 slices)
1/2 cup skim milk
Snack: forgot
Lunch:
Had a lunch meeting at the Depot
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup tuna salad
2 slices tomato (1/4" thick)
2 leaves of lettuce
16 oz water
Snack: South Beach Diet Peanut Butter Cereal Bar
16 oz Gatorade (Rain Berry)
Dinner:
This is where I really got off cuz I forgot to get anything out to cook!
1 chicken breast, baked (didn't eat skin)
1 cup green beans
1 cup mashed potatoes
16 oz Gatorade (Rain Berry)
Good work out with Edward! My sit-up technique is getting better...I did the first 10 with my hands behind my neck--a great improvement!
