4 oz OJ
16 oz coffee
Calcium tab & multivitamin
Snack: 1 med banana
Lunch: OK, I skipped lunch...I was working on a report with my door shut (very rare) and the time just slipped by
Snack: South Beach Diet Cranberry Almond Cereal Bar
1.5 oz carrots
Supper:
4 oz Beef (from GDH...not sure what cut) strips
1/2 cup spinach
1 cup lettuce
1/4 shredded cheese
1/4 cup boiled eg
1 cup steamed broccoli
(hmmm, all my vegetables were green!)
1.5 oz carrotte
2 tablespoons Free Catalina dressing
Water: 48 ozs
