Breakfast:
3/4 cup Total cereal
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 banana (I think the extra small banana would be the right size)
Snack: South Beach Diet Peanut Butter Cereal Bar
Lunch:
2 regular slices whole wheat bread
2 teaspoons mustard
1 large leaf of lettuce
1 medium slice tomato
1 slice provolone cheese
Supper:
5 oz broiled salmon
1 cup brown rice (boil-in-bag)
1 cup cucumbers (no sour cream)
6 oz yogurt, low-fat, vanilla (.75 of 8 oz cup)
