Breakfast:
1 Kashi waffle (that would be 1/2 a serving...I ran out of time getting ready for church so only heated up 1 waffle)
2 tablespoons "Maple Syrup, Lite" (added to custom foods)
Snack: 1/2 cup strawberries
Lunch:
3 cups lettuce
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 slices deli turkey
3 tablespoons Free Catalina (that's what I have at home; when in GDH, I have to eat the Italian stuff)
Snack: instead of the peanut butter cereal bar, I was at a baby shower and ate carrots! So 1/2 cup raw carrotts
Supper:
1 cup spaghetti w/ tomato sauce
1 Boca "beef" patti
2 cups steamed broccoli (5 spears is a lot...couldn't eat that much)
Water: 64 oz
