A good workout from my perspective under the watchful eye of Travis!
I arrived a bit early and warmed up with 5 minutes on the treadmill (unable to run; impact hurt my hips; but I'm better) & then 5 minutes on the bicycle.
Travis arrived and we worked upper body. Today's workout may have been planned for lower body but Travis adjusted it since my legs were still sore.
Did lots of mean and tortuous things to my shoulders and arms (he can give the details). But I tried to push myself. Right now (5 hours later), I feel fine. Slight soreness in the shoulders but nothing bad at all.
Here's some info:
Average HR = 117
Max HR = 146
Calories = 392
Good job, Travis! Enjoyed the workout. Also enjoyed--very much--the ceremony at the stadium (The Wall That Heals). Thanks for getting me out in time.
I saw Bryan & Edward there. It was incredible. Do you know that we have people right here in Laurens County that were involved in the Normandy invasion on D-Day during World War II! And the Vietnam vets! Wow, it was incredible to hear their stories. Hope others of you got to attend.
