Friday:
I did the running for 10, walking for 5, running for 10, walking for 5 as outlined on the exercise plan for Wednesday (the day I couldn't run). My watch wasn't working. I think it's the battery again because the face went blank when I started pushing buttons to start it.
Saturday:
Biking for 30 minutes. Rode right at 6.5 miles. That's about 13 mph! That's pretty good. I really like biking. The roads around here look pretty flat when you riding around in your car. But wait'll you get on a bike!!! They go gradually up and then down...!
