Thats really the best I've done yet. I ran 3/4 of a mile plus a little bit without stopping. Next time, I think I'll be able to run an entire mile!
I could see that I couldn't run the entire 18-20 minutes so just concentrated on doing a better job with the 10-5-10-5 plan.
On the last lap (#12) my left hip started bothering me a good bit and I really limped around that lap. Not sure what's up with that. Feels fine now.
