Hi Guys,
Renee and I caught up with Mrs. C at the end of her 10 minute run. She didn't stop once, and she felt good! She was actually surprised when the timer went off because it didn't feel that long. We are going to get in contact with her some more to find out the distance traveled, pace, etc. so we can put them on FitDay as well. At the end of her run, her pulse was 80/min.
We are meeting with Dr. Harshaw Monday at 3pm on the football field to run his sprint ladder. Dr. Harshaw: Renee and I are just going to schedule Tuesday's time and place after your sprint ladder....it's hard for us to plan a week ahead because our schedules as athletes are so busy. Hope that works out for you.
As for Mrs. C's next workout on Friday, we need somebody to monitor her 30 minute walk with weights. Renee and I will not be able to be there.
9pm in the library tonight! see you there!

Sounds good and I'll see you there.
When I first got to the track, I stretched and then walked about 1/2 mile, then began my run. I ran about 3/4 of a mile in the 10 minutes. Then when I got home, I walked (casual pace) my dogs for another 1/2 mile.
