Mrs. C's Workout 9/20

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let y'all know how Mrs. C's workout went tonight. She did a fantastic job. We made some minor changes to the workout because the calf raises were to easy. So we did more reps per set. Here is what she did:
3x10 lunges (5lbs DB) little pain and shaky toward the end
3x8 Shoulder press (10lbs DB) Could do a little more.
3x50 Crunches -Could do a little more but still felt the burn
2x10(20lbs DB), 3x30(20&15lbs DB) calf raises- We added more reps per set and then she felt the burn
3x10 push ups - felt good

After the workout she said she feel like she is getting stronger and things are getting a little easier. I guess this means we need to up the anties. Right Mrs C? Great job tonight!

Yep, I'll admit the workout is getting easier...even those horrid lunges! I'll look forward to next weeks workouts.
