Week Two Workouts

MONDAY
3x10 lunges (45 lbs)
3x10 squat (225)
3x30 sit ups
3x20 push ups
3x10 leg press (200)
3x50 crunches

WEDNESDAY
3x75 crunches
3x25 push ups
3x8 pulldowns (135 lbs)
3x8 glute ham (body weight)
3x5 shrugs (225 lbs)
3x15 box jumps

FRIDAY
3x75 crunches
3x20 push ups
3x30 sit ups
3x15 box jumps
Mile Run

**** Thursday and Saturday you will continue with your buddy workouts.****

James you have workouts with Mrs. Carbonneau towmorrow, don't forget! I think this weeks planning was a lot better. Hopefully we covered everything this time! Rip make a copy of this and Travis start on the powerpoint! We will finalize everything Sunday!
