Jogged this morning for 30 minutes for 260 calories. Calves are starting to get pretty sore, but they loosened up as I got into it.
All foods are just about as previously entered. I did change the Canadian bacon to turkey bacon.
I took some time out to see the first half of the soccer game, and it was great to get outside to see the students play. I hope Tricia is okay -- it looked to us in the stands like she took a pretty hard hit to the noggin.
Getting home later than usual, I hit the track for a 30 minute sprint workout, focusing on 100 yard repeats, until the football coaching staff had to lock things up. I couldn't see my watch to know what kind of times I was getting, but they felt good until I started cooling off, and my calves started whining. The hamstring still doesn't feel strained, and after two days of track work, I'm feeling pretty pleased about that. 270 calories. It's easy to get down about the seemingly small difference in calories between a jog for 30 minutes, and sprints, but that's the way it goes.
The electronics on our scale are on their way down the tubes. It's going through batteries like a squirrel at a bird feeder, and the lights stay on "8" all the time. It still seems to weigh, but I don't know if it's accurate at all. I need to get a replacement this weekend, and I think I'm going to snag one that has body fat percentage as well as weight on it.
