I did a 20 minute warm-up jog early this morning. I was awake and figured why not. I just threw on something and hit it. Don't know what to expect for calories, but it can't be much.
This afternoon's run was 5.0 miles and 537 calories. I've got to make some changes for my Thursdays: B's got to have foot surgery, and the track is pretty much occupied with JV football every Thursday. I think I'll get another ride in on those days, as it tends to burn more calories than any other activity.
Turned out that we were out of fish in the freezer, and that caught us off-guard. Since it was getting late, and I was pretty much hungry at that point, we threw on a turkey burger.
