Today we did a circuit type worout. Stretch, 5 Miununte jog/run/Arm Extensions arm curls 3x10 and a couple more reps than that on some sets. He also did the farmers walk with 45 DB's around the entire baloncy of the gym. I was impressed.Dr. Harshaw also got back on the treadmill for 5 minuntes during the workout and also did 2x10 sets of rows with 40 IB DB's and 3 sets of pench press 135IBs. In total Dr. Harshaw burned 320 calories in a 35 minunte workout. I hope the bike ride home went as good as the workout
