For next week...

Alright. Sorry for all the posts, haha.

I am doing Mrs. C's workout for next week.
Renee is doing Dr. Harshaw's workout for next week.
I am doing Wednesday's diet for both.
Renee is doing Sunday's diets for both.

The only things that need to be done are:
1. Weights for Mrs. C on Monday and Thursday
2. Weights for Dr. H on Monday and Friday.
3. Diet for both on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday

I have the template with our information put on it. I'm e-mailing it to Amanda, so on Sunday, you guys can just enter your data into the Powerpoint as well. The only other thing we'll have to do is make a grocery list. I made that last time, so if somebody wants to step up and do it- that'd be great. All you have to do.. is at the end of the powerpoint, look at all the foods listed and write down the ingredients. It doesn't take TOO long.
