Food: no strawberries; everything else was good
Exercise: how a GREAT workout! Travis practically turned my weight training into an aerobic workout by making me do one workout after another. Dr. Harshaw, I guess this is the type of workout you mentioned in class on Monday as being beneficial to you! We did all sorts of upper-body weights and then I ran for 3 minutes on the treadmill. 31 minutes all together; HR got up to 176 at one point but averaged 119; burned 355 calories
Read a little bit of that article! Gosh, this would have been great stuff to have at the beginning of the class. Think where we'd be right now! Hope there's enough time for this to make a difference!
