I left my folder at work on Friday. I do not recall that there were menus posted on both Saturday and Sunday although they are posted now. I do recall that of the 7 days, there were no menus for 3-4 of those days. There were only 581 calories posted for Friday. So, I've been doing pretty much my own thing this weekend. Since today's Monday and class meets, I'll wait until after that to post anything on the blog. Incidentally, what's been posted now for Saturday is only 713 calories with 657 on Sunday. I don't think I'd be able to do any activities with only that amount in intake.
I can give my workout information. I ran Friday & Sunday: 18 minutes both times. I was actually able to run a full mile without stopping. Expended 252 calories on Friday; 248 on Sunday according to the FitWatch which I've had fixed! On Saturday, I worked the football game but didn't do as much up/down steps as I did the last home game. Even so, in that 2-hour period, I expended 1,282 calories. That was mosted walking around, standing, and some steps. Probably not something to be added to Fitday...more of an observation on my part since I did wear the monitor. That evening, I rode my bike: 5 miles in 25 minutes; 321 calories.
