Mrs. C Workout 10/22

Hey guys,

Mrs. C's workout went great tonight. It was a shorter workout but a intense one. She did some new thinks and worked some different muscles than the has in the past so she may be a little sore tomorrow. Here is what she did.

26 min. bike ride to and from home.
4x10 Decline Bench (15lb DB)
Triceps extensions (1x10 30lbs, 1x10 20lbs, 1xburnout 20lbs)
3x10 rows (20lb DB)
1xburnout(30) sit-ups
6 in. 3x15 sec.
3x30sec. arm holds
