Any Questions You Want Me to Ask the Physician?

If any of you have any questions that you would like me to ask the physician on Monday morning, please let me know ASAP. There are a couple that I have already:

1. If a second CT scan was needed because of the lack of contrast, then why didn't we do the IV contrast material in the first place, and save $4,300?
2. Is the Zocor causing my sleep problems, or is it just having the 2-year old who wakes me up several times a night? (Read the linked article that P found for me this week!)
   
3. Do I need to be worried about the creaking, cracking, and popping that has developed in my right knee? It doesn't hurt at all, but it sure sounds bad.
