Dr. H's workouts

WEDNESDAY

MONDAY
5 min. stationary bike5 min. stretch3x10 Flys (40 lbs)3x8 DB Shoulder Press (35 lbs)3x10 Lateral Raises (30 lbs)3x10 Arm Curls (30 lbs)3x10 Arm Extensions (30 lbs)3x15 Pullovers (40 lbs)10 min. jog5 min. stretch(upper body circuit, will burn about 260 calories, working with Bryan 3:30 in Springs)

Dr. Harshaw did well with his workouts this week. The weight group would love to see the tempo and the intensity of the workouts increase. We will continue to focus on total body strength and we will also be doing a little conditioning at the end of each session. (Bryan created Dr. H's workout and entered it onto fitday and the blog)
