Let's Be Careful Out There!

We move back to Standard Time tonight. We'll get an extra hour to sleep in, in the morning -- WOOT!

Let's all be really careful out there this week. CNN is covering an article by Gerard and Fischbeck, who are faculty at Carnegie Mellon University, discussing the three-fold increase in risk of pedestrian deaths this week, due to drivers not adjusting to the earlier darkness. Be aware of the new sunsets for this week, and let's try to be off the roads and sidewalks early enough each day.

I bit the bullet and got a NiteRider MiNewt X2, so after it gets here on Tuesday, I'll be able to train in the woods after dark without a problem.
