I just wanted to say.... CONGRATULATIONS!!! Mrs. C and Dr. H did amazing on their runs today! Before Mrs. C did hers she didnt' think she could make it under 13:30, but to her suprise she made her mile run 11:19 which is amazing! That is such a big improvement from the beginning of the year, when she could only run a half a mile so good job Mrs. C!!!! We also found out tonight that the reason why she hasn't been losing much weight is because her thyroid isn't functioning properly; therefore, she is unable to lose weight easily.
Dr. H wanted to get his mile run under 6 minutes and he did and he had his whole family there to cheer him on! I'm sure he was in a lot of pain, but stef and I pushed him through it on the last two laps and he ended up making his mile in 5:59... awesome job Dr. H!!!
