Food-wise, no problems except I didn't eat the Italian dressing with my carrots.
Exercise: good workout with Travis except we did 5 minutes of stationary bike before and another 5 after the workout. Went home, ate supper, rested a bit, then ran as follows:
Jogging: 20 min; then walked for 5 minutes; then ran 5, then walked 10 minutes. Total distance was about 3.3 miles. Left my watch at the office so no calories. Sorry.
