spaghetti w/ Boca Beef

fresh corn

grilled salmon

chicken-pasta salad
pork tenderloin roast
baked spaghetti w/ Boca Beef
penne pasta and turkey sausage casserole

pierogies
homemade pizzas
chicken and vegetable stir-fry and white rice
If it ever gets cold enough this fall and winter:

During running workouts (while it's near 100F outside) I carry a cooler
with ice water to grab about every 3 laps or so at the track. On the
bike, it's usually Gatorade or Accelerade, along with PowerGels,
AccelGels, or Clif bars.
After workouts, I'll either have a glass of Endurox or make a smoothie
with fresh strawberries, bananas, whey protein, oatmeal, orange juice.
Just switched to soy protein today.
