Diet and Workout for 9/12/07

Breakfast
  • 8 ounces lowfat yogurt
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
  • 1 multi-vitamin
Mid-morning
Lunch
  • Turkey sandwich on whole wheat with:
  • 1/2c lettuce
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • black olives, sliced (probably 5 olives total)
  • 1/4c green pepper
Mid-afternoon
  • 6 oz. lowfat blueberry yogurt
Dinner
  • 1 chicken breast, roasted, no skin
  • 1c brown rice
  • 1c cauliflower
I have to fast for the IV mess tomorrow, so I'm getting a glass of 1% chocolate milk before bed. It'll be a long time before I have any food or drink again. I don't know how I'll feel afterwards, but I'll run the woods again (4.8 miles) if I'm up for it.
