(Very, Very Late) Breakfast

- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- no butter -- gotta watch the cholesterol

- 1c lettuce
- 1/2c broccoli
- 1/4c mushrooms
- 1/4c carrots
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 large tortilla shell (instead of roll)
- 3 slices deli turkey
- 1c spaghetti noodles with spaghetti sauce, meatless
- 6 ounces fruit yogurt
- 14 large strawberries
- 4 ounces fat-free pudding
- multi-vitamin
- 8 ounces orange juice

- Description: low paced jogging on woods road for most of the workout with 5 hill repeats in the middle. The objective was to just get some sort of activity in before the end of the day.
