Diet and Workout for 9/13/07

Because of being at the hospital for most of the morning, my timing of the meals got way off.

(Very, Very Late) Breakfast
  • 3 Kashi waffles
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • no butter -- gotta watch the cholesterol
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
Late Lunch
  • 1c lettuce
  • 1/2c broccoli
  • 1/4c mushrooms
  • 1/4c carrots
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 large tortilla shell (instead of roll)
  • 3 slices deli turkey
Dinner
  • 1c spaghetti noodles with spaghetti sauce, meatless
  • 6 ounces fruit yogurt
  • 14 large strawberries
  • 4 ounces fat-free pudding
  • multi-vitamin
  • 8 ounces orange juice
Workout -- much later than I like.

  • Calories: 552
  • Description: low paced jogging on woods road for most of the workout with 5 hill repeats in the middle. The objective was to just get some sort of activity in before the end of the day.
