Today I monitored mrs. Carrboneau's workout which took about 30 mins. She warmed up on the treadmill for 5 minuntes then did 3 set of 10 situps. The first 10 situps she did with her hands behind her head which is already an improvement. After the situps she did 3 sets of 10 on leg curls with 40 pounds.After the leg curls, she did 3 sets of 15 pushups and 3 sets of 25 crunches. Good work today.
