Diet and Workout for 9/14/07

Breakfast
  • 1c Honey Bunches of Oats
  • 1/2c skim milk
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
Lunch
  • Turkey sandwich on whole wheat roll with 3 slices deli turkey, 1/4c lettuce, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, olive slices, green peppers, tomato slices
  • 1 medium banana
Dinner
  • 1 pork chop, boneless, cooked in crock pot (maybe look for "roasted" or "baked" or "broiled" but definitely not "fried")
  • 3/4c rotini pasta
  • 1/4c green beans, no salt added, boiled
Workout
  • Time: 46 minutes
  • Calories: 466

1/4 green beans? Do you mean cup? What you have, like 2 green beans?!!!!

Fixed it -- left the "c" off both the rotini and beans.
