Diet and Workout for 9/14/07
Breakfast
- 1c Honey Bunches of Oats
- 1/2c skim milk
- 24 ounces coffee
- 3 servings coffee-mate
Lunch
- Turkey sandwich on whole wheat roll with 3 slices deli turkey, 1/4c lettuce, 1 tbsp ranch dressing, olive slices, green peppers, tomato slices
- 1 medium banana
Dinner
- 1 pork chop, boneless, cooked in crock pot (maybe look for "roasted" or "baked" or "broiled" but definitely not "fried")
- 3/4c rotini pasta
- 1/4c green beans, no salt added, boiled
Workout
- Time: 46 minutes
- Calories: 466

1/4 green beans? Do you mean cup? What you have, like 2 green beans?!!!!
Fixed it -- left the "c" off both the rotini and beans.
