Diet and Workout for 9/16/07

I've put deviations from the plan in bold:

Breakfast
  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana, raw
Lunch (no time to make up a salad)
  • 3 slices deli-thin sliced ham
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 8 ounces low-fat yogurt with fruit
Mid-Afternoon
  • 20 almonds
Dinner
  • 1 medium breast chicken, no skin, roasted
  • 3 tbsp canned corn
  • 2 tbsp non-fat sour cream (our grocery store had no plain yogurt, so I made a quick substitution for the yogurt and mayo)
  • 1c garden salad
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1 medium red potato, boiled, no salt added
Workout
  • It was supposed to be a rest day, but the weather was too nice to miss. I did a 10 mile recovery ride in the woods.
  • Time: 1:25
  • Calories: 815
Current Weight: 183 (don't you like it when your math is right?)
