Breakfast
- 2 slices whole grain toast
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medium banana, raw
- 3 slices deli-thin sliced ham
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 8 ounces low-fat yogurt with fruit
- 20 almonds
- 1 medium breast chicken, no skin, roasted
- 3 tbsp canned corn
- 2 tbsp non-fat sour cream (our grocery store had no plain yogurt, so I made a quick substitution for the yogurt and mayo)
- 1c garden salad
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1 medium red potato, boiled, no salt added
- It was supposed to be a rest day, but the weather was too nice to miss. I did a 10 mile recovery ride in the woods.
