Mrs. C: Diet for 09-16-07

Breakfast
1 low-fat blueberry muffin
24 oz coffee

(no snack...I just think it would be a good idea to eat in church!)

Lunch
(OK, I know I said I was gonna stick to the diet but the ladies of our church cooked lunch afterwards and today is sort of a special day for my family so Mother wanted us all to eat together at church. Today is the birthday of my older brother who died 6 years ago so we always try to do something together. Here's what I had:)
3 slices of Ham, regular size
1 cup potato salad
1/2 cup broccoli salad
(I looked at the "generic" potato & broccoli salads in FitDay and they seem pretty close)

Snack
Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte
(well, I was close to a Baskin-Robbins and thought this would be better! )

Supper
4 oz roasted chicken breast (no skin)
2.5 oz cucumbers
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)
