Diet and Workout for 9/17/07

Breakfast
  • 1 English muffin, toasted
  • .5 teaspoon low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 slices deli-thin turkey
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings creamer
Lunch
  • 6" Turkey sandwich on whole wheat roll with lettuce, olives, green peppers, tomatoes, oil and vinegar
Mid- Afternoon
  • 10 medium strawberries, raw
Dinner
  • 1 medium chicken breast, roasted, no skin
  • 1 medium red potato, boiled, no salt added
  • 1 ear of yellow corn
  • .5 cup pineapple, raw
Workout
  • First workout: 188 calories, 20 minutes
  • Second workout: 315 calories, 25 minutes - Graph
