Breakfast
- 1 English muffin, toasted
- .5 teaspoon low-fat cream cheese
- 2 slices deli-thin turkey
- 24 ounces coffee
- 3 servings creamer
Lunch
- 6" Turkey sandwich on whole wheat roll with lettuce, olives, green peppers, tomatoes, oil and vinegar
Mid- Afternoon
- 10 medium strawberries, raw
Dinner
- 1 medium chicken breast, roasted, no skin
- 1 medium red potato, boiled, no salt added
- 1 ear of yellow corn
- .5 cup pineapple, raw
Workout
- First workout: 188 calories, 20 minutes
- Second workout: 315 calories, 25 minutes - Graph
