Mrs C's monday workout tonight!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know about Mrs. C's workout tonight. Well first off lets start out with me forgetting to show up. Again Mrs. C I give you my sincerest apologies. But other than my screw up she did a great job to workout anyway. She did:

2x5min. jog
3 min stretch
3x10 push ups
5x10 crunches
3x10 db curles (15lbs)
3x10 step ups (on bench)
3x10 arm flys (5lbs)
1x10 lunges (5lbs)

45 min. workout

Again thank you so much Mrs. C you did a fantastic job and I am sorry. It will not happen again. Thank you!
