dr. harshaw's workout yesterday

hey guys.

yesterdays workout with dr. harshaw went well. the objective was to build his stamina on these longer sprints in order to improve his time on the 100m dash.

he ran 14 x 110 yard sprints...1 minute inbetween each one.
he, for the most part, ran them in 19-20 seconds!

i was very impressed and pleased with the results!
