mrs. c had her workout today. it was a circuit...
it consisted of 5 things..
1. agility ladder
2. cone drills
3. wall sits
4. suicide runs
5. box jumps
she did each station for 2 minutes. after the first set of all 5, she took a break to catch her breath. then, she repeated all 5 stations one more time.
it took her about 35 minutes! she enjoyed it, and we think it was a success!
objective: to do more aerobic exercise in conjunction with agility and quickness.
