Diet and Workout for 9/19/07

Breakfast
  • 1c Life Cereal
  • 2/3c skim milk
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
  • multi-vitamin
Lunch
  • 3c lettuce
  • 1/4c carrots, raw
  • 1/4c mushrooms, raw
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Mid-Afternoon
  • 10 medium strawberries, raw
Dinner
  • Boca Burger
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 20 black grapes
  • 20 almonds
Workout
  • Time: 40 min
  • Calories: 378
Don't forget that there is a Faculty Meeting that I'm required to attend on Thursday. They typically finish at a little after 6, which would likely allow me to get in a short workout before dark. If the meeting goes into "overtime" (and there's no way of knowing in advance how long it'll be), there is a chance that I may not have enough daylight to get in a workout.
