Diet and Workout for 9/21/07

Breakfast
  • 1c cantaloupe
  • 1c Kashi Go Lean cereal
  • 2/3c skim milk
  • 24 ounces coffee
  • 3 servings coffee-mate
Lunch
  • Turkey sandwich on wheat, with olives, green pepper, vinaigrette, tomatoes
Mid-Afternoon
  • 1 serving wheat thins
Dinner
  • 3 ounces grilled salmon
  • 8 spears asparagus
  • 1c yellow squash, boiled, no salt
Workout
  • Weights with Bryan - 25 minutes, 240 calories
  • Jog on my own - 2.1 miles, 24 minutes, 5.3mph average, 301 calories
