Hey guys!
Yesterday Stef and I met Mrs. C so that she could do her workout. We met at the football Stadium. Our original plans were to have her run 4 or 5 stadium stairs, but we changed that. Mrs. C ran 3 stairs in about 3 miuntes each. Stef and I were very excited because we saw a HUGE improvement on these stairs. The first time she ran them, after about halfway through the second one she began to walk; this time she continually ran throughout the whole thing. We were really pleased with her improvements! After those three stairs we had her run 10 hills, 2 sets of 5. She did both of those in about 2 minutes each set. I don't think Mrs. C enjoyed those too much, but I know that they will be beneficial to her later on. Accordin to Fit Day she burned 248 calories, we aren't sure what the real total was because she had just gotten her HRM and she hadn't had a chance to figure out how it works yet.
