Breakfast
- instant oatmeal with 2/3c skim milk
- usual coffee and creamer
Lunch - w/ K andA at El Jalisco
- lunch fajitas, all chicken
- 5 corn tortillas (not flour)
- 1/4c refried beans
Mid-Afternoon
- 6 ounces blueberry yogurt, lowfat
- 8 ounces coffee w/ creamer -- this is where I started feeling really, really tired and sleepy even. Haven't felt like this in a long time. It was hard to drive home.
Dinner
- Caesar Salad w/ homemade dressing -- this is the first time I've ever tried making my own dressing, and it turned out pretty well, if I do say so myself. Next time, I'll cut back further on the olive oil, though.
Workout
- Mtn Bike ride for 1:21 @ 772 calories, 14 miles. This was the worst workout I've had this semester. I just was so tired and drowsy that I couldn't produce the heart rates that I was after. I did 3 half-mile climb repeats, and felt totally shelled after every one of them. I crawled for the rest of the ride. This was bad. I went to bed around 9:30-something, dreading the alarm going off this morning at 5.
