Why were you feeling so tired? Was it because of the food, excessive fitness, lack of sleep, etc? Let us know so we can fix anything that needs to be fixed.
I think it was just a really tough day, the day before. 3 sessions of working out, and the run was really tiring. M's sick and can't sleep, which means we're not getting much sleep either. Today was much better.
