After entering the data, (don't forget to review the workout data posted earlier), post an analysis of the day's diet and activities:
- What were the workout objectives for the day?
- Were these objectives met?
- Were all the nutrient levels meeting the 100% RDA? If any were off, how could you better meet them tomorrow?
- What was the percent fat, protein, carbohydrate levels? Were they were you wanted them?
- Is there anything else that needs to be considered for the next day?
If you do this every day, you'll improve dramatically as the course proceeds. You'll learn more about what makes it a fairly complex math problem and how to solve it. In the process, you'll develop your problem-solving skills and your analytical skills.
