- 2 medium mushrooms, raw
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 8 large strawberries
- 1 chicken breast, no skin, roasted (with some crazy hot mesquite spices)
- 1c couscous
- 1c brocolli
- 32 ounces Gatorade
