Diet for 9/6/07

Breakfast
  • oatmeal, instant, 1 packet prepared with 2/3c of skim milk.
  • coffee - 24 ounces with 3 servings of sugar-free coffee-mate

Lunch
  • 3c iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2c cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium mushrooms, raw
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
Afternoon
  • 8 large strawberries
Dinner
  • 1 chicken breast, no skin, roasted (with some crazy hot mesquite spices)
  • 1c couscous
  • 1c brocolli
  • 32 ounces Gatorade
I missed the mid-morning snack because I was in a hustle to get to the hospital on time and just plain forgot to put one in the truck with me. Both of today's and yesterday's meals were good to me. They tasted good, and I didn't feel weak at any time. Comfortably tired, comfortably and expectedly sore, but nothing that feels either unsafe or overly worn out.
