- On each day, let's take off the mid-morning snack.
- Thursday, Sept 20 - what is the beef to be replaced with at lunch? (Be mindful that I'm supposed to have a burger the night before also.) At dinner, frozen yogurt is mentioned, but that's the only day of the week. I'd recommend skipping that to avoid wasting food/money. You can take off the cookie -- don't need it. If the sweet cravings kick in, I'll let you know.
- Friday, Sept 21 - Can we swap dinner with what's scheduled for Sunday? I like to have fish on Friday nights -- kind of a tradition, and that'll prevent the two-days-in-a-row of the same thing.
- Saturday, Sept 22 - How about a garden salad with the spaghetti instead of the broccoli, sweet potato? (Just a taste kind of thing, really)
- Monday, Sept 24 - Has anybody got a recipe for this avocado/tomato salad? It sounds good to me, but I don't know what it is.
