Did better today!
Breakfast:
16 oz coffee
1/4 cup of skim milk (not 2 cups!)
3/4 cup of Total cereal
1/2 cup strawberries
Snack: skipped (maybe the strawberries were supposed to be my snack but they sure were good in my cereal!)
Lunch:
1 1/2 cups of chicken/rice soup (that's all I had...I didn't eat the rice since that wasn't on the plan but don't really know how to back it out of the nutrients; I customized the nutrients from the can's label)
no bread
6 oz Yogurt w/ strawberry fruit
Snack: 1.5 oz carrots
Supper:
6 oz salmon, broiled
1 medium baked potato
3 tablespoons fat-free Ranch dressing (doesn't taste like the real stuff at all; I'll just skip it next time. You know what's good on a baked potato? Salsa!)
no butter
3/4 cup of mixed vegetables, from frozen, no fat added
Dessert: no ice cream; left my list at home and forgot to buy it!
2 calcium tables; 1 multivitamin
I'm stuffed!
